Layout Ground floor: Conference room / lounge, Dining room, Kitchen, Disabled bedroom, Toilets and Offices.To the rear of the building you have the main, secure Courtyard and large grassed play area. First Floor: Sun Room with stunning views over the local countryside, leading to an outside veranda. There are 3 bedrooms on this floor. Second Floor: 4 Bedrooms Third Floor: 4 Bedrooms. Bedrooms There are 12 bedrooms in the building, allowing an overall sleeping capacity for 40 people. Each bedroom has en-suite facilities and have bedside cabinets, side lamps and wardrobes. All beds have full bed linen supplied.
Dining Room The large dining room has
original wooden floors and can comfortably seat 40-45 people.
Access to the kitchen during food service is available via the
connecting serving hatch.
The
Lounge also boasts original features such as the wooden floor &
wonderful fireplace. This versitile room serves a number of
purposes from conferences & presentations to a relaxing room with
sofas, ideal for watching TV.
Sun Room The Sun Room, on the first floor, has a stunning two walls of windows and has comfortable,soft furnishing throughout. Double doors open out to a large veranda giving panoramic views of the local countryside & Sperrin Mountains. A small kitchen adjoins the sun room, allowing for tea / coffee making. There is also a washing machine & tumble dryer in this kitchen. Access from the veranda to the courtyard can be gained via a stairway.
The
kitchen is well equipped for self-catering groups and includes
crockery,cutlery, cooking utensils, dishwasher, microwave, deep fat
fryer, 6 ring hob & 2 large ovens.
Disabled facilities There are disabled sleeping facilities on the ground floor of the building. A twin bedded room is available with an adjoining shower and toilet. This shower and toilet is also available to any disabled visitor.
Play Area & Games Room. The
play area & games room are situated at the rear of the building, just off the main
courtyard.
