World Laughter Day, 4th May

Ahead of the upcoming Certifed Laughter Yoga Leader course on 29th-30th May, a taster of what it is all about can be found on Sunday 4th May when the Kilcronaghan Centre will be hosting a celebration of World Laughter Day!

The even lasts for two hours and is completely free!

World Laughter Day was created in 1998 by Dr. Madan Kataria, founder of the worldwide Laughter Yoga movement. It is a positive manifestation for world peace through laughter.

During the 2-hours you will experience the joy of 10 Laughter Yoga exercises, Yogic Breathing, Laughter Meditation followed by a deep relaxation.

Light refreshments & party food will be available for a small donation.
